b. Damaged Products: If the product is found to be spoilt or damaged, please return it immediately with the delivery person and mention the reason clearly on the invoice copy provided.
c. Refunds: If a return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your order only before the product is out for delivery. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
b. Company-Initiated Cancellations: JMAX Export Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order if it is flagged as fraudulent, involves suspicious activity, or if the product is unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed if payment was already made.
